The Global Demand Center Marketing team is leading the transformation of marketing at TTEC with campaigns and engines that allow us to engage in a more personal way with our customers. The GDC team is looking for an experienced marketer to drive our Account Based Marketing approach for TTEC Digital and TTEC Engage. The Account Based Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing the ABM strategy for these businesses and leading the execution of the related marketing and sales programs across a virtual cross-functional team within the GDC and Inside Sales teams. You are a demand generation machine. You thrive in funnel analytics and speak in acronyms like MQL, SQL and conversion rates. You love the science of marketing as much as the art. You have a passion for building, implementing and measuring new systems, processes and campaigns. 

What You'll Be Doing 
  • Own and lead the TTEC Account Based Marketing strategy as part of the Global Demand Center 
  • Planning, executing, and evaluating marketing programs through a variety of channels in the marketing mix, including creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, advertising and other programs focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline. Optimize campaign performance through testing and experimentation. 
  • Creating and launching both digital and highly targeted account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise companies. 
  • Partner with our sales and creative teams to ensure your campaigns are successful and enable them to be successful. Work closely with sales teams on lead conversion, nurture strategies to drive pipeline activity. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure effective lead management for ABM initiatives, from lead capture to follow-up and hand-off to sales 
  • Track full funnel marketing metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates 
  • Drive best in class data capture and management. Provide regular database health checks, cleansing and augmentation 
  • Use automation and product prototyping to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace. 
  • Manage and expand the capabilities of our Marketing Automation platform 
  • Manage list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects 
  • Use the latest in account based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting TTEC's largest customer and strategic segments. Set strategy goals, select and prioritize accounts, and design and execute campaigns, programs, and plays that increase reputation, relationships, and revenue. 
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs. 
  • Analyze and understand key market segments to develop compelling messaging and marketing offers in partnership with our segment marketing team, as well as provide insights into buyer needs and behavior. 
  • Deliver timely marketing plans that include success metrics and reports for defined marketing initiatives. Develop tactics and content that support a defined marketing program and/or campaign. 
  • Build extensive knowledge in defined product/solution areas and develop expertise with industry, product, partners and competitors. 
Skills and Experience You Bring 
  • 7 years experience in B2B marketing (ideally technology or consulting)
  • Experience in demand generation, specifically creating and executing demand generation campaigns: understanding the target audience, creating the offer, the message, the tactics, enablement, and working with sales development and sales teams to ensure success. 
  • Campaign copywriting experience 
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams across internal teams and building effective relationships. 
  • Experience with developing and executing Account Based Marketing and Engagement campaigns through the entire customer lifecycle.
  • You've worked closely with sales teams in the past, know what makes them tick, and how to build marketing programs that make an impact. 
  • Creativity balanced with an analytics approach to demand gen, including the ability to identify key messages and hooks that will grab a buyer's attention. 
  • A sense of urgency and desire to drive results and make things happen, both on your own and by harnessing resources on other teams. 
  • You're a quick learner with ability to adapt and thrive in changing and sometimes unstructured environment. 
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic. 
  • Excellent grasp of B2B marketing, product marketing, and B2B selling concepts and the sales pipeline. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a B2B SaaS marketing and sales funnel a plus. 
  • Experience with CRM automation tools (e.g. SalesForce.com), marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot), and analytic tools (e.g. PowerBI) a plus. 
  • MBA a plus.
