Quadrant Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an Administrative Assistant in our office located in Bellevue, WA.

Position Highlights: The Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department(s). A successful candidate will support managers and/or team members through a variety of tasks/projects related to specific department.

Position Responsibilities:

General duties:

  • Provides administrative, project, and office technology support to department leadership and team members.
  • Maintains and/or creates various documents (i.e. presentations, business plans, charts, reports, manuals, agreements, etc.) from verbal or written instruction.
  • Compiles data and produces summary reports and/or reoccurring reports as required under general direction.
  • Establishes, maintains and revises departmental files as necessary.
  • Work on various special projects as assigned by department.
  • Knowledge of workplace productivity tools such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain calendars, expense reports, schedule appointments, arrange departmental meetings/activities, and attend meetings to take notes.
  • Cross train in other areas if necessary.
  • Will occasionally back up the front desk.
  • May be required to Coordinate travel for department leadership and/or team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Department specific duties:

  • Company Safety Compliance Lead: coordinates all Safety training, monthly reports, Safety manuals, forms, and incidents
  • Maintains Business Resumption Plan
  • Supports Land Team with closing documents, bonds, and other assigned tasks
  • Reconciles and tracks financial reports and spending

Position Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree preferred.
  • A Minimum of 3 years of experience as administrative assistant role required.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
  • Willingness to be flexible and to support other team members, management goals and objectives.
  • Ability to produce work accurately in a timely manner.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
