Job Description

Digital Accelerator System (DAS) was launched earlier this year to build digital capability across our consulting staff and to accelerate our commercial success. While we have been quite successful with digital to date, we have bold ambitions to dramatically grow our digital business in the next 2 years.  To do that, we need to improve our collaboration across the ABMs (Platinion, Gamma, and Digital Ventures) to put our best foot forward, reimagine our proposal process to deliver best-in-class digital proposals and proactively develop a robust commercial strategy, in partnership with the ABMs and Practice Areas.

The Digital Go To Market Manager will drive the Digital Go To Market effort in North America, reporting to the DAS NAMR Business Services Director.  This person will bring a mindset of innovation, collaboration, and creativity to deliver cutting edge digital proposals that represent the best of BCG and embraces the full spectrum of digital capabilities we’ve developed over the past few years.  This person will work closely with partners and digital staff across the ABMs, DAS leadership team and practice areas to build relationships, create early visibility into proposals so we have time to bring together experts, understand the breadth and depth of experience we have to leverage, but also speak up when we need to augment our capabilities.  S/he will have their finger on the pulse of what’s resonating with clients – from their top concerns to presentations that are most engaging – to craft our digital future.  Success looks like increased visibility of digital proposals, increased and earlier collaboration across DigitalBCG, higher win rates, and less time and friction to develop (on partners’ behalf).

This position will be responsible for driving the acceleration of digital commercial efforts, in partnership with PAs, KDPs and ABMs:
  • Reimagine and lead the Digital Proposal Excellence Center, including codifying the processes to support, in partnership with other regions, providing strategic advice for digital transformations, experimenting with new ways to pitch and engage clients, and helping connect experts to put our best foot forward.
  • Create a centralized digital content repository of leading digital trends and supporting material through partnership with the KDPs / PAs, DigitalBCG and external world
  • Develop a proactive Go To Market strategy to help unlock digital transformations, including partnering with PAs / Sectors to drive future content, partnering with Client Development Managers to create long term business development plans, and providing input into marketing and publications, and unlocking more large scale, E2E digital transformations  by building confidence, awareness and engaging earlier in process
