The primary responsibility of the RES Tech 2 is to perform mid-level technical services for right of way projects as required by the assignment, including project coordination.  Industry experience is beneficial and highly organized work approach is preferred. The RES Tech 2 often orders and reviews title, performs title curative duties, provides detailed property research, and prepares acquisition and document packages that are certification-ready. Coordinates closing/settlement/condemnation packages and document recordings. Creates and maintains tracking and parcel status database, and client reports.  Works closely with and at the direction of team members, including Project Managers, RES Tech 3 staff and RES Agent 3 staff.





Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. 
  • 3 years experience with right of way, title, paralegal, real property law or mortgage lending
  • Specific industry regulatory knowledge a plus
  • Must have the ability to understand real estate documents such as title, appraisal, environmental and survey.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite. 
  • Database and GIS familiarity a plus.
