Cyber Systems Administrator Senior

Responsible for strengthening the defensive posture and cyber defense operational readiness of an IT Enterprise, our Enterprise Cyber Network Defense (ECND) program defends and protects Government assets from external Cyber Security attacks and Insider Threats that can potentially cause or create data, systems, networks, and personnel vulnerabilities.

Functional duties:

1. Manage the functionality and efficiency of Cyber systems.
2. Provide O&M support to Linux-based appliances and servers.
   
3. Support system installation, configuration maintenance, account maintenance, signature maintenance, patch management, and troubleshooting of operational CND systems.
4. Set up administrator and service accounts.
5. Maintain system documentation.
6. Make recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provide backup recovery.
7. Provide advice and training to end-users.
8. Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced staff members.
9. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.

BA/BS

• 5+ years of experience.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• CI Poly obtainment and maintenance.
• Approved DoD 8570 Baseline certification.
