You will be called on to go broad and deep in the business every single day as we strive to make the car rental experience easy for our customers and partners. You will work daily with leaders and team members to improve processes, drive efficiency and accuracy. You will be an integral part of the planning, budgeting and forecasting process. What'll you do:

  • Coordinate month-end close reporting and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly expense and headcount reports to highlight key insights and levers for Finance and CR leadership
  • Provide insights and reporting to support monthly and quarterly business presentations
  • Support operating and retail forecasting/planning for the organization
  • Partner with business leaders to drive understanding of financial impacts
  • Assist with the standardization of financial and operational processes and reporting
  • Support the development, analytics, and reporting of key performance indicators
  • Ad hoc modeling, analysis, and reporting as required

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent required. Advanced degree a plus
  • 2+ years experience in a financial analysis role
  • Advanced analytic, modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills
  • Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Oracle and Hyperion preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, working with people at all levels across a company
  • Demonstrated approach towards solving business problems and implementing process improvements
  • Results oriented, highly motivated, and curious with a “can do” attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to customer service; adaptable to different work styles and personalities
  • Ability to lead multiple deliverables and competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency with Power Pivot, SQL, Python, and AWS tools preferred
