Job Description

Alpha Home Health is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (DCS) to join our growing Home Health team!  We are passionate about providing quality home health to folks who need it, and are looking for a clinical director to who shares our drive, vision, and commitment.  A critical leader in the agency, the DCS is responsible for outcomes, quality assurance, performance improvement, clinical training, compliance, survey preparedness, and hiring of clinical staff. This position plays an integral role in team building and culture development by incorporating our core values into our systems and processes. Director of Nursing/or Director of Clinical Services experience is strongly encouraged.

The ideal candidate is patient-centered, charismatic, home health savvy, systems oriented, outcome driven, creative, energetic, fun , an experienced manager, technologically adept, culture oriented, quality focused, positive, and overall awesome.

Experience/Qualifications
* Licensed Registered Nurse, Licensed physician, physical therapist, speech-language pathologist, occupational therapist or social worker with current licensure to practice in the state

* A minimum of 3 years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization

* Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel

* Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community

* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

* Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of business management and governmental regulations 

Salary: Commensurate with experience
