Job Description
As Regional Director, 340B Services this position will develop and execute strategies to foster new and sustain existing 340B contract pharmacy relationships. The position will work closely with management from Covered Entities to negotiate pricing and store selection, ensure optimal network performance and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships. It also interacts with internal stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance and Field Operations as appropriate. In this visible and strategic role, the Director may have responsibilities including 340B contract & pricing negotiation, prospecting, proforma reviews, monthly report analysis, etc.

The Regional Director will:
1. Review assigned territory performance, identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement
2. Working closely with Covered Entity and Thirds Party Administration management to create successful relationships
3. Collaborate with Program Management to establish financial and 340B contract pharmacy network performance objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives
4. Review trend analysis and projections for territory and present to Senior Management as appropriate
5. Collaborate with Covered Entities and internal stakeholders on communication and marketing plans
6. Assist during quarterly registrations to pull through contracts and identify other engagement opportunities
7. Develop short-and-long term goals that meet established objectives and contributing to the overall goals and mission of the Covered Entity
8. Supporting program rollout to ensure operational efficiency targets
9. Serve as field subject matter expert for retail 340B program
10. Performing other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
* 7-10 years of experience in account management, health care area or must possess transferable skills

* Strong knowledge of healthcare/hospital environment and 340B Program

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrate ability to work in a matrixed management environment

* Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, including demonstrable experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery

Education
Bachelor degree preferred. Experience with a customer service and account management, preferably in the healthcare field is desired.
