In the first 12 months you will deliver:

Contribute to an industry leading analytics platform: As part of the team you will be involved in the development of the backend data integration architecture that drives our analytics platform.

You will be part of an end-to-end service: Working closely with an agile team to deliver your work to our customers.

Turn requirements into product: Work with Product Owners to understand customer needs and turn them into product.

In order to accomplish this you will need to:

Build features in our data integration architecture.

Good understanding of complex database operations.

Review of designs and code.

Feeling of end-to-end ownership of releases.

Ability to be a self-starter with a results driven attitude.

Ability to work individually as part of a team

Position Requirements

What do you need to bring?

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent related work experience.

10+ years experience programming with Java technologies

Experience with data streaming technologies

Experience with building backend service API's

Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem

Experience with scripting languages

Comfortable with RDBS's and NoSQL stores

7+ years' experience in SQL database development

Strong analytical skills
