Job Overview:

Concur’s Senior Technology Analyst will be a member of Concur’s Risk and Compliance organization, and help maintain and administer information security policies, procedures, and controls associated with Concur’s compliance programs. This Senior Analyst will lead and execute strategic and tactical projects. These projects may include but are not limited to, leading and supporting Concur’s Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Risk Management projects, external audits, development and/or assessment of internal controls, policies, risk identification and analysis, and be a subject matter expert on all aspects of compliance and risk to the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform tasks to support the Concur Risk and Compliance programs including:

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Project-Manage the business in creating or updating Business Continuity (BC) checklists

Create or update Business Continuity Plans and Country Plans

Partner with business to test Business Continuity Plans

Partner with business to create, update and test Disaster Recovery (DR) plans

Execute improvements to BCDR program, including building Business Impact Analysis into BCP work

Risk Management

Plan and perform annual Concur IT risk assessments across company departments, business units and operational locations

Establish and maintain communication channels with executive leadership to provide regular reporting and visibility into high risk areas

Support daily work for Concur risk program, such as:

Analysis and treatment of risks

Partner with risk owners to create and achieve risk treatment plans

Ensure completeness and accuracy of the Risk Register

Drive risk acceptances

Manage JIRA backlog for risk items

Support security compliance initiatives and assessments including responses to client security organization audits, questionnaires

Qualifications

3+ years of increasing responsibilities in a compliance related field experience

Risk and Compliance background specifically experience with the following regulatory controls: ISO 20000 and 27001, SOX, PCI, SSAE16, SOC2, etc.

Ability to interpret information security data and processes to identify potential compliance issues

Ability to work within a globally distributed organization

Excellent time management skills including the ability to prepare, prioritize, and complete work plans

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare documentation, policies, and build consensus across a broad group

Ability to work effectively and organize priorities independently

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information security and compliance matters as well related risks to executives, auditors, and end users

CISSP or CISA certification

Additional Qualifications:

Strong curiosity and fast learner

High technical aptitude

Strong collaborative/team spirit

Passion for process improvement

Business Analysis or Project Management experience

Finance background

Experience in supporting/executing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs a plus

Risk Management experience/background a plus
