Job’s Available for RN/LPN Returning to Nursing
at Alliance Nursing
- Private Duty Nursing
- Kenmore, WA, USA
- Part Time
If you are ready to return to nursing or are just beginning your career but don't want to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, then our private duty in-home nursing positions might be perfect!
Unlike a hospital or clinic, in-home nursing with medically-complex (trach and vent reliant) adults and children require imagination, creativity and as well as some analytical thinking, combined with a strong motivation for working one-on-one with a single client, giving you time to put into practice your nursing skills.
Also, again unlike in a hospital or clinic, a great majority of the nursing is done with little involvement from others, meaning new and uncomfortable social interactions are virtually eliminated. While the care required for our clients is technical, private duty nursing jobs are deliberate and unhurried. In fact, most of the nursing work will be accomplished without the stress of time pressures and with freedom from the responsibility for other people except for your client and family.
We have several open positions throughout Western Washington for home health nurses (RN's or LPN's). The shifts available are Days, Nights & Evenings, 7 days a week. You can work one shift per week or full-time. It's up to you.
Also, not only is there likely a case with needs that matches up with what you have available, it's possible that it is less than 15 miles from where you live! We have clients in Skagit, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, Mason and Kitsap counties!
